Hello Everyone, my name is Wesley Richmond and I am a Volunteer Coordinator for Citizens Advice Solihull Borough
I wanted to say thank you to all those who attended the event last Friday (30/04/2021), it was great to meet you all and discuss with you the opportunities for volunteering with us.
It was a great opportunity to find out how we as an organisation help the local Solihull community and the opportunities available for people to get involved with.
I would like to extend an additional thank you to Rosie McLaughlin from Solihull Community Housing for attending and briefly speaking about the project working with us at CASB to support people getting “Job Ready”.
If you had wanted to join us for the event but couldn’t or have just heard about us and want to learn more about volunteering for us, we have two events happening on Thursday 20 May at 1pm and Friday 21 May at 10am which you can attend!
If you would like to know more about the events or sign up – feel free to send me an email at email@example.com or give me a call 0121 779 6707.

Solihull Community Housing have commissioned Citizens Advice Solihull Borough (CASB) to support their tenants who wish to find work.
We know that not being in work for what ever reason is extremely difficult. It is not easy to keep trying, going for interviews and receiving rejection letters if you are lucky. Volunteering is a great way of refreshing or learning new skills, whilst picking up knowledge and experience along the way. Volunteering is flexible yet structured to the persons circumstances giving them an unique experience. We have lots of volunteering opportunities waiting or you including advising, admin, or active chatters.
It could be that you want to try something different or enhance what you already know.
If you are interested in joining us, or to find out more about us. Fill out the sign up form here and we will send you details of the event and how to access it via Zoom.
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact Wesley Richmond at firstname.lastname@example.org
